MillerCoors LLC

MillerCoors is a joint venture between SABMiller and Molson Coors Brewing Company which began on October 9, 2007. The joint venture has the responsibility of selling brands such as Miller Lite, Miller High Life, Miller Genuine Draft, Coors, Coors Light, Molson Canadian, and Blue Moon in the United States, with the purpose of combining all of their US brewing operations to better compete against Anheuser-Busch. At
MillerCoors, the company has three hundred years of combined brewing history, and they are committed to
building on our founders' legacies.

Minhas

The Brewery in Monroe has been owned over the last 160 years by some of the most prominent citizens of the Monroe, Wisconsin area. They were 1st or 2nd generation immigrants, tracing their origins from Switzerland, France, Britain, Germany and Denmark. In 2003, the Brewery started to make Beers for Ravinder Minhas for export to Alberta, Canada on a contract basis. This new arrangement increased the producton of the Brewery by 5 times, and by 2005, the beer exported to Alberta made up 85% of the Brewery’s total production.

Moosehead Brewing Company

The Moosehead saga began in 1867, when Susannah Oland first brewed a solitary batch of brown October ale in her backyard in Nova Scotia. Encouraged by the welcome reception her beer received from friends and family members, she and her husband founded a brewery. The same Oland family still operaters the brewery today, Moosehead Breweries has occupied its current building in Saint John, New Brunswick, since it bought Ready’s Brewery in 1928. This building was coincidentally built in 1867, the same year Susannah Oland began brewing beer. Moosehead Breweries brews, packages and kegs all of its products from this building, that also serves as the head office for administrative staff and production.

North American Breweries

Genesee Brewing Company is an American brewery located along the Genesee River in Rochester, New York. From 2000 to 2009, the company was known as the High Falls Brewing Company. In 2009, High Falls was acquired by the capital investment firm KPS Capital. Together with also newly acquired Labatt USA, KPS merged the two companies as North American Breweries. Along with this change, High Falls Brewery changed its name back to the original "Genesee Brewing Company" operating under the North American Breweries name.

Pabst Brewing Company

The original brewery of Pabst Brewing was founded in 1844 as The Empire Brewery, later Best and Company, by brewer Jacob Best. The brewery was run by Jacob, Sr. and his sons Phillip, Charles, Jacob, Jr., and Lorenz; Phillip took control of the company in 1860. They started the brewery on Chestnut Street Hill in Milwaukee with a capacity of 18 barrels. Later, in 1863, Frederick Pabst, a steamship captain and son-in-law of Phillip Best, bought a share in Phillip Best Brewing Co., by which time the brewery was already selling a lager that they began bottling in 1875 under the name Best Select. By 1874 Phillip Best Brewing Co. was the nation's largest brewer.
