American Amber Red Ale

Short Straw

The Blue Moon brewmaster’s expression in Short Straw blends the spiciness of a Farmhouse Ale with the tartness of a Flanders Red for a remarkably refreshing finish. The brew is a red amber-colored ale with brilliant clarity with a medium body of pleasant, tart character.

Imperial Red

Alaskan's brewers sought to balance big malt flavor, intense hop characters, and the welcome thaw of an imperial profile with their Imperial Red brew. Imperial Red has a zesty array of hop flavors ranging from mango and bitter orange to green mint and hibiscus; it features high hop bitterness and full-flavored caramel malt profiles. While balance is key, Imperial Red ales are more malt-forward than other hoppy American beer styles.

Nosferatu

Made of Harrington 2-row base, crystal 77, and special roast malts with simcoe and cascade hops, Nosfertau is a highly hopped imperial red ale rich with flavor, yet remarkably balanced.

Valencia Grove

Valencia Grove Amber is for "all those in-between days when you try to coax spring out by wearing short sleeves or flip-flops." The brew is deep copper amber in color with an aroma of roasted caramel malts and a touch of orange peel. The nice malt character complements the orange tones as they gradually fade in finish.

Minhas Swiss Amber

Swiss Amber is a well balanced, full flavored, amber ale. At first glance, this reddish-copper ale looks strong and heavy, but one sip proves that it’s as smooth as silk. It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character derived from the specialty caramel malt. It has a complex hop aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus which comes from a combination of hops. It pours a rich, creamy head with a fine lace. The light fruitiness, characteristic of ales, is derived from a proprietary yeast strain.

Rathskeller

Rathskeller is a uniquely distinctive ale brewed with a special blend of malted barley and floral hops. The brew is characterized by a rich golden color, robust full bodied flavor topped with a rich creamy head and refreshing aroma.

Reppin' Red

Reppin’ Red blends seven malts for layer upon layer of caramel and toasted toffee with the uniquely peppery spiciness of rye and tops it all off with a mix of selected Pacific Northwest hops, chosen for their lively flavors and sophisticated aromas of flowers, pine and citrus.
