Bock

Batch 19 Bock

Style:

Batch 19 Bock is a smooth, medium-bodied bock with a moderate carbonation that has a biscuity malt aroma and bold, hoppy taste that’s balanced by a subtle caramel maltiness. The beer is brewed using hand-selected Hersbrucker hops for a subtle, herbal aroma and Strisselspalt hops for notes of black currants. The hop character is balanced by just the right amount of caramel maltiness for a crisp, clean finish.

Bock

Style:

Brewed with a harmonious blend of 10 different types of malt and noble hops, Schell's Bock is fermented slowly, and then lagered for an extended period of time to ensure a smooth finish. The beer proves perfect for passing even the coldest winter day.

Chocolate Bock

Style:

Samuel Adam's Chocolate Bock is smooth, rich, and dark with the robust flavor and creamy texture of chocolate. This subtly sweet brew is slowly aged on a bed of cocoa nibs from Ecuador, imparting flavors of chocolate, honey, and vanilla.

Huber Bock

Style:

Huber Bock pours extremely dark brown but is opaque and turns ruby when held to the light and has an aroma that is sweet but tangy. There is a good bit of dark roasted malt aroma with a very light coffee and cocoa hint. The taste is sweet with a roasted malt flavor and well balanced hops.

Winter Lager

Style:

Samuel Adams Winter Lager is a bold, rich bock brewed with generous quantities of malted wheat. Brownish amber in color, it has a robust, malty, caramel, crisp finish from wheat malt and earthiness from goldings hops, making it the perfect brew to warm a beer drinker's heart on long winter nights.
