There is a new batch of Snowstorm every season available from November to January, and Chamomile and coriander add soothing herbal notes to this year's Snowstorm recipe. The brew is smooth and light in color, with a floral maltiness and warm rich spiciness. 

Food pairings: 
This brew pairs well with roasted or grilled beef, lamb, game, and grilled salmon. It also complements aged sheep cheese like Mizithra or Idiazabal and desserts like sticky toffee pudding or chocolate chip shortbread.
Much like snowflakes, no two Snowstorm beers are alike. Once a year, the brewmasters at Schell's lock themselves in the testing room with a secret selection of fine malts and hops, only emerging when they've hit upon something truly extraordinary. The unique batch is available in November, December, and January or while supplies last during the winter season.
