"Brain" Belt

Style:

This beer was created for the 2012 Zombie Pub Crawl in St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN.

Larry's Sour Ale

Style:

Kettle soured ale with a dry hop burst.

Black Friday

Style:

Black Friday™ doesn’t just happen in one day: work on this rarity starts in January. The second dark-roasted malt hits the water in our mash tun, prep for Black Friday™ begins. After fermenting for nearly a month, our brewers fill some
40-odd bourbon barrels by hand with rich, chewy and chocolatey Imperial Stout, where it lays dormant for ten months, picking up vanilla, oak, and toasted almond flavors. Like we always say: Prepare.

My Turn Series: Kristin

Style:

As Lakefront’s Executive Chef, Kristin knows a thing or two about flavor combinations. So, when her My Turn arrived, she made it her mission to bottle up something that tastes like her favorite meal: breakfast. Pale wheat and caramelly Munich malts call to mind golden-brown waffles, a dash of smoked malt to suggest a side of bacon, and a generous drizzle of real maple syrup to drive the analogy home. Mission accomplished, Kristin!

My Turn Series: Latif

This beer was brewed by Latif. Latif is our shipping coordinator, so you can thank him for getting this very beer into your hands. And, you can thank him for the delicious, sweet chocolate flavor. Dark in color, well-bodied but smooth, this beer has a nice blend of roasted malts and chocolate. This Double Chocolate Stout is not only sweet and brewed to cellar, it’s also organic. But what else would you expect from such a wholesome guy? The roasty and chocolatey flavors in My Turn: Latif make it perfect for turkey or tofu and sweet potato enchiladas with a not-too-spicy mole sauce.

My Turn Series: Michael

Style:

While most of North America sleeps, Michael is at the helm of our keg fillers, making sure each barrel is immaculate before filling it with fresh, cold Lakefront draught beer. Michael stays vigilant overnight with copious amounts of black tea; so, when his turn came around, he wanted to blend the clove, pepper, ginger, and black tea flavors he relies on with a chocolatey, big-bodied, semi-sweet stout.

Redd's Wicked Cherry

Style:

The black cherry flavor mixes well with the apple ale. It is quite refreshing on a muggy, summer day.

Redd's Wicked Strawberry Kiwi

Style:

The Wicked Hour is back and better than ever with the return of the Redd’s Wicked Limited Release series. Kicking off the return of the series is Redd’s Wicked Strawberry Kiwi, a new daring flavor that allows revelers to start their night the right way. The second flavor in the series.
