Seasonal

Hazelnut

Style:

A dark brown but very light-bodied Amber Ale is the base for this beer and we infuse with vanilla and hazelnut late in the process to create this unique and very easy drinking beer. With a pronounced vanilla aroma and some residual sweetness this is a beer you can enjoy at anytime.

Double Cream Stout

Style:

Sweeter and smoother than Kalamazoo Stout. A beer for special winter occasions. Great with chocolate desserts.
Available October-March.

Titania

Style:

Named after Oberon’s other half, Titania lives up to its namesakes as a force to be reckoned with, combining sweet citrus tastes with an assertive hop presence.
As with most of our beers, we do not filter out the yeast from Titania, resulting in a cloudy appearance.

Cherry Stout

Style:

This unique ale begins its life as a powerful and richly sweet stout to which Michigan tart cherries are added. The resulting black brew is complex, sweet and tart with a distinct cherry finish. It will improve with cellaring.
Available September - May

Cherry Jubilee

Style:

Open a window to the sunshine. Plump sweet cherries and fresh crisp apples entice one another as they dance beautifully together in Cherry Jubilee. Breathe in the aroma and drift into euphoria. Gluten free.

Available May 1 – July 31

Grand Mimosa

Style:

Sunshine always dances here. Some call this fruitful pairing surreal – ruby red apples uniting with succulent juicy oranges. Unexpected? You bet. Sweet yet tart – tasty and unique. Nothing stops the passion found in a Grand Mimosa. All natural orange juice added, natural settling may occur.

Pineapple Hula

Style:

Pineapple Hula combines the big citrus taste of fresh pineapple with the crisp sweetness of apple cider.

White Ale

Style:

Brewed in the centuries-old Belgian tradition, our White Ale features the complex flavors of the classic witbier, including orange peel and coriander – all brewed with pure Icelandic water that delivers a cool smoothness that is flavorful and refreshingly drinkable.

Spiced Winter Lager

After spending summer and fall in brandy barrels, this dark ruby winter warmer picks up aromas of oak plank, pipe tobacco and red fruit. Coupled with cinnamon, clove, caramel malt and clover honey flavors, our Brandy Barrel-Aged Spiced Winter Lager tastes like curling up next to a warm hearth on a chilly winter evening. We went all out in the brew house for this winter warmer, feel free to do the same in the kitchen. The big, brandy and malty flavors will stand up next to a beef bourguignonne pot pie, crown roast of pork, or Thug Kitchen’s winter vegetable hominy hash en croute.
