Single Track IPA

A traditional India Pale Ale recipe, with boatloads of Columbus, Centennial and Cascade hops. This beer has a big malt flavor, with some subtle complexity from Munich malt and plenty of hop aroma and flavor to boot.

Hazelnut

Style:

A dark brown but very light-bodied Amber Ale is the base for this beer and we infuse with vanilla and hazelnut late in the process to create this unique and very easy drinking beer. With a pronounced vanilla aroma and some residual sweetness this is a beer you can enjoy at anytime.

Five Tool Ale

Style:

Like the rare and valuable five-tool player, Five Tool ale has what it takes to turn heads. An American cream ale – Five Tool is classic Midwestern Americana. The recipe features 2-row American barley and flaked maize, which adds a pleasant sweetness and texture. The result is an amazingly drinkable beer, sure to be a top pick at the taps

Public Access Session IPA

Floral, citrusy and slightly herbal Public Access IPA is a session through and through. Low ABV, low IBU and monstrous late hop additions make this a very hop flavored beer without much bitterness. Light and crisp with hop lovers in mind!

Pine-nanas In Pajamas

Style:

A fun new experiment blending the "banana-y" flavors of a hefeweizen with the deliciously piney hop character of Simcoe and Chinook. It's hoppy-hefe-weizen-time, hoppy-hefe-weizen-time!

No Front Porches

Style:

A smoked Imperial Red Ale.

K-Town Brown Ale

K-Town Brown is a medium bodied brown ale with plenty of nutty roasted characteristic and a touch of malt sweetness adding to mouthfeel. A beer who's namesake has as much character as Kenosha needs to be adaptable, flavorful, and ready for a festival on the pier.
