American IPA

Bits & Pieces Mosaic

Style:

We assembled Bits & Pieces from carefully chosen malt, yeast and the citrusy, tropical wonder that is Mosaic hops. But don’t get too hung up on the details, sit back and enjoy the big picture on this one.

Plumage IPA

Style:

Plumage IPA a slightly malty, balanced beer that finishes hoppy, but not too bitter. This smooth American IPA features Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops.

Yankee Buzzard

Style:

Delivers the burst of hoppiness an IPA must. It has a solid malt base that provides the foundation for an assortment of great hop additions. Wisconsin grown Centennial, Chinook and Columbus Hops welcome west coast Cascade Hops to a blend that results in a rich, aggressive symphony of hop flavor.

Pompeii

Style:

Inspiration for our newest Hop Patrol IPA comes from the House of Faun in Pompeii, Italy. At this site, some of the world’s most famous mosaics were preserved under layers of ash after the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. In this fashion, Pompeii IPA preserves and showcases the luxurious taste of the Mosaic hop.

Floating Fire

Style:

Floating Fire refers to the mythic ritual of the fiery Viking funeral, and it is intended to provide all one would need for a happy afterlife. It's the all-in-one ale for the party of a lifetime.

Chimera IPA

Style:

An American style IPA brewed with Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus hops, Chimera is then dry-hopped with over a pound of hops per BBL.

Dog Daze

Style:

Their flagship beer, this IPA is all about the hops. Chinook and Centennial hops give it a bold citrus flavor profile.

Smack Grapefruit IPA

Style:

Part of Alaskan’s iconic Pilot Series, the Smack of Grapefruit is a specialty IPA that has brewed with grapefruit. The resulting pale gold brew can only be described as a citrus bomb, with the grapefruit being backed up by notes of orange peel, tangerine, lemon, and just a touch of pine.

White IPA

Style:

This White IPA is crafted with four varieties of hops, wheat, coriander and a hint of orange peel for a balanced taste with a bright hop aroma. The beer is unfiltered, pleasantly hoppy, and incredibly balanced, making it the best of both styles.

American IPA

Style:

Wisconsin Brewing Company's American IPA is "all about a good malt foundation and a whole lotta’ hops." Brewed with Wisconsin-grown Centennial, Chinook and Columbus varieties with west coast Cascade, this brew "packs a symphony of flavor."
