Herbed/Spiced Beer

Spiced Winter Lager

After spending summer and fall in brandy barrels, this dark ruby winter warmer picks up aromas of oak plank, pipe tobacco and red fruit. Coupled with cinnamon, clove, caramel malt and clover honey flavors, our Brandy Barrel-Aged Spiced Winter Lager tastes like curling up next to a warm hearth on a chilly winter evening. We went all out in the brew house for this winter warmer, feel free to do the same in the kitchen. The big, brandy and malty flavors will stand up next to a beef bourguignonne pot pie, crown roast of pork, or Thug Kitchen’s winter vegetable hominy hash en croute.

Hazenut Harvest

Hazelnut Harvest is an American amber ale with favors and aromas of hazelnut and vanilla.

Holiday Spice

Holiday Spice pours a deep amber to ruby color with an off-white head. Aromas are fruity and spicy, with a slight floral undertone from the lager yeast. The flavor is smooth, full, and spicy, balanced by Mt. Hood hops and substantial, warming alcohol character.

Honey Ale

Gray's Honey Ale is Wisconsin's original honey beer. The beer is brewed using locally harvested honey in small batches to insure exacting flavor and freshness. The generous amount of honey is evident in the unique refreshing flavor and extraordinary aroma. Honey is used a a fermentable sugar source rather than a flavoring agent, as commonly used in national brands.
