Imperial Porter

Cupid's Envy

A bigger, richer version of our porter Joe, amped up to espresso levels using a special bend of barriques coffee, aged in Heaven Hill Distillery bourbon barrels, and finished with tasted coconut. Its dark chocolate, espresso, and coconut flavors and aroma give way to subtle oak and vanilla notes and a sweet, toasted finish.

Sugarbush

The sweetness of maple syrup is masterfully blended with the richness of chocolate and caramel malts. Notes of vanilla and oak from barrel aging further heighten this northwoods pleasure.

Coco Poco

Coco Poco is an Imperial Coconut Porter Aged in Rum Barrels. A balance of the base Imperial Porter with a mild coconut aroma and flavor accented by rum and the barrel. You put the beer in the coconut, drink ’em bote’ together. Put the beer in the barrel and then it tastes better. Put the beer in the coconut, drink ’em bote’ up. When it’s all gone, you just buy some more in the morning. Whoo ooh...

Benji's Imperial Porter

Brewer Benji’s farewell beer. An imperial porter. Big, black and smokey. Rich full-bodied with a silky chocolate crown. Dark roasted flavors host the smokey character of wood-fired malt while chipotle peppers add a smoldering tickle of heat.

Victory At Sea

Their Victory at Sea Imperial Porter is a bold, smooth brew with just the right amount of sweetness. They infused this robust porter with vanilla and San Diego’s own Caffe Calabria coffee beans. The subtle roasted notes and minimal acidity of the cold brewed coffee, balances perfectly with the sweet caramel undertones of the malt, creating a winning combination for your palate.

Coconut Victory at Sea

This Coconut Victory at Sea takes their popular Imperial Porter to another place. They've added sweet roasted coconut to our robust porter brewed with Caffe Calabria coffee and vanilla, the perfect complement to this beer’s subtly roasty intensity. A favorite at the annual Victory at Sea Day, but it’s worth enjoying anytime you need to be transported.
