Munich Dunkel Lager

Dunkel was the first type of beer to be brewed at Hofbräuhaus when it was founded. Today, the archetypal Bavarian beer is still as popular as ever. With an alcohol content of around 5.5% by volume and a subtle spicy and rich flavor, this is a refreshing beer.

Negra Modelo

To achive its unique taste, Negra Modelo uses a greater quantitiy of malt, the finest hops, a speical yeast, and the purest of water. It is a delicious, creamy, full-flavored dark brew with a pleasant malt aroma and dry hop flavor that has a smooth mellow taste.

Munich Gold

Very similar in taste to our Münchner Hell, “Munich Gold” has a slightly stronger original gravity and malty note that has earned it a strong following. It starts with a full-bodied yet smooth taste, then comes a slightly more bitter note that ends in a spicy  finish.

Honoring the eclectic East Side of Milwaukee, this Bavarian dark lager is a blend of three specialty grains, creating a rich, smooth, dark beer that anyone can enjoy. The brew pours a clear, dark color with an off-white head. Hints of roasted malts find their way into the aroma, and form a pleasant background to the dark, rich flavor. The German lager yeast rounds out this brew with a smooth, complex finish.
